i am planing a build for a friend and just want your guys opinion on the build i know the psu is overkill but i want it to be a build he can expand on right now he is playing cs:go lol and minecraft but he will proberly play more demanding titles in the future

the os will be win7 or windows 8.1 depending on what the cheapest is and just wait for the win10 upgrade

I would say windows 8 because it does help in games (I still love windows 7) and the build looks good to me.

I would recommend the R9 280/x over the 960, The Vram will matter in the near future.

But Minecraft and CS GO is not very GPU intensive, I think it would be fine with a R7 260x/265 or 750ti

Go to an 4460 and a 970 

Why?

The G3258 is a powerful CPU, And it can be upgraded in the future.

And the GTX 960 and R9 280/x are good cards, And the GPU can almost always be upgraded.
