[Solved] RivaTuner Statistic Server - Weird lines on the left side

Go to solution Solved by SkilledRebuilds,

It sill don't fixed it.

Go to the RIVATUNER settings with that spanner,....and remove the frame pacing color indicator tickbox.

Yesterday I've changed some settings in MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistic Server, but then when I started a game and enabled the On-Screen Dispplay then I got a weird line on the left side of the screen wich is changing its color multiple times a second. When I turned it off then if was normal just as usual. Would it help reinstalling MSI Afterburner and RivaTunerStatistic Server? Is it a bug or something?

Thanks. Some help is aprreciated.  :)

How about this, reset the MSI Afterburner to default setting, so everything (Power Limit, Core Clock, etc.) go back to default setting and retry.

Go to the RIVATUNER settings with that spanner,....and remove the frame pacing color indicator tickbox.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Hello,

I'm having the same problem, except that I already disabled "activate Frame Color Indicator" in the settings. In MSI Afterburner, there are no options regarding this, so I'm out of ideas what the problem could be. Any more help on this?

HEYNOW - I wish i found your post months ago - i finally managed to remove the annoying colorful lines on the left - you are correct , it was riva tuning setting, when i changed it & played a game - all was good,  " didn't affect all games , mostly my directX9 games were affected  { not sure why }  Anyone experiencing issues like this one posted = Just Disable ;  ENABLE FRAME COLOR INDICATOR - RIVA TUNER / MSI AFTERBURNER  -  TURN IT OFF !!  Thanx 4 posting.
