Does This Actually Work?

So today I was on SpeedTest and got an ad for Speedify of course I clicked it. I had no clue what is was. When I started reading it sounded like complete garbage nonsense. But i started looking up stuff and reading more and it sounded like if done right could work. My question, on http://speedify.com/it says it can combine wired wireless and 3G/4G networks to make one faster one. Can this actually work well enough to be usable. Also it has a free trial but will be paid after a month.

So today I was on SpeedTest and got an ad for Speedify of course I clicked it. I had no clue what is was. When I started reading it sounded like complete garbage nonsense. But i started looking up stuff and reading more and it sounded like if done right could work. My question, on http://speedify.com/it says it can combine wired wireless and 3G/4G networks to make one faster one. Can this actually work well enough to be usable. Also it has a free trial but will be paid after a month.

If its anything like parallel computing, yes, I guess it would work.

 

However, unless you have unlimited tethering, which I highly doubt, I would not recommend it.

Weird. Why don't we use it more?

Cost, availability and effort. Most people don't have unlimited phone plans, or can't get two internet connections into a single house, either because of availability or cost.

 

People seem to whine about their cost of internet a lot here, so not sure why they think of using two is feasible.
