Best expandable AIO?

So I was upgrading the cooler on my system and was wondering what the best expandable AIO is at the moment. I would build my own loop from scratch, but I'd like to install and forget until something breaks and I need to replace it. Alternatively, I'd also like to add a GPU and/or more rads to the loop at some point.

I was hoping to find, and was looking for, a 280mm expandable, but they seem to be either really hard to find or just don't exist. So whatever you think is best.

Spoiler

CPU: AMD 5800X

GPU: Gigabyte Aorus 3070 Ti

SSD: WD SN850X 4TB x2

MoBo: Gigabyte Aorus Master B550

Case: Fractal Torrent

PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750W

H240X by Swiftech.

I did calculations on my own loop and its the same money to build it all at once then waiting to expand it later.

Any rad from Blackice will outperform a Swiftech rad

PEWDIEPIE DONT CROSS THAT BRIDGE

Awesome.

I figure the cost is roughly the same, but for this particular machine I just want something that's simple and works until I move to a more powerful one later. Expansions would be purely on a basis of need rather than the usual performance is king.

Thank you very much.

In Colorado, a state in the US, but thanks for including that.
