My actual build that I plan on building and my DREAM pc. Opinions please :)

I'd get a single GTX 980 instead and get a second in the near future if possible. Allows for higher performance in the end with a better upgrade path.

i would get a custom water cooling loop because when  you get all the money for that pc, there's going to be a water block for the titan x

Why no 140mm fans in your planned build?

I do, I have a 140mm exhaust and 3 120mm intake in the front

No, but a single card is always more stable. Down the track you can add another 980 and blow SLI'd 970s out of the water.

Not necessarily. If you add another 970 down the line to your already two way SLI 970'ed well.. Linus already did a video on this.

But this was done before #ramgate, so I'm not sure how accurate his opinion would be on it now.
