Windows Clock No Longer Updating While Off

So for some reason my windows clock only sometimes works now, it goes to the time that it was last at and the clock seems weird in general. It is not synced right even when in the settings I have set to sync with a website. Any ideas guys?

Try resetting your CMOS. this happens when the time keeper on the mobo goes wonkey. Also, did you manually set your time, or are you having windows auto update it from the internet

Have you been resetting the CMOS (failing overclocks) on your motherboard and not been connected to the internet?

If your motherboard is old, the battery on it might be failing as well.

It is a Z87 Hero board, so it is not that old. Plus I have not been doing overclocking recently.

Replace CMOS battery if clearing you CMOS doesn't work.
