Ok, so h440 has a hub and you cant control the fan speed. The motherboard only has 4 4-pin connectors (Msi gaming 5) so how am I supposed to control the speed while having all the fans working? I'm taking the Grid + in consideration but any motherboards with 4+ fan headers or any other things i can take in consideration?

You could use fan splitters on the mobo or you could use those little voltage reducers to make the hub run at 5v or 7v.

Uhhh

Just plug the sata or molex power connector in to the fan controller and plug in all the fans? You don't need your motherboard for this :P

I do not get what you mean? so plug the main connector from the grid and pt it in one fan header? (sorry im pretty stupid lol)
