apparantly its not normal that you use so many ram when doing nothing and in idle. because i took my ram out and put them on other places, and found out that1 ram slot on the mobo is faulty.

 

and now i only use 1.80 gb instead of 4.5 gb

That doesn't make any sense. That means you never had 12GB of ram. It is normal. You don't understand how ram works but it's alright.
