Altho im not sure, as ingame it doesnt make a sound, when i alt tab it squeaks so much

that's probably ''coil whine'' comming from your GPU or PSU (most of the time it's the PSU that does it) it usualy happen at a certain load level on the PSU and it's not something to worry about it won't damage anything it's just annoying.

That is true, as i said old monitor, altho monday i'm getting a new one, and i bought Ryse, i was using a...not...so...ahum legit one, running it at 60 frames now that its not in adaptive, altho...im having an issue, my rig is making an incredibly loud squeaky sound, i believe that's the GPU

Glad your performance is back to normal, with Ryse, don't use DSR and keep 1080p resolution (or your monitor native res if not 1080) without super sampling..

Are you keeping 60fps constant now in Ryse?

Other games performance dips gone?

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Thanks to all of you for the quick response|!

Mostly with Arma 3 altho i do know that is a very demanding game, just tried Ryse son of rome and also have to decrease to like low for it to run constantly at 60 frames,  Warframe also has some shutters, then ofc there are games like AC Unity that im aware of how poor in performance they are by default, which i have to run at medium with FXAA for it to properly run

Arma 3 not demanding, runs like garbage on all PCs, (OC your cpu,and google for FPS guides for arma 3)

AC unity, is demanding and does stutter, because its a console port, and ubisoft doesnt give a damn about it,does recommend a gtx 780ti tho

Ryse son of rome, is also demanding because of Cryengine 3, buy you should be playing ultra 60 fps

happens to me also, its coil whine, i get it in arma and Dayz while browsing in the sevrer list, my fps gets to about 300

fps 200< = coil whine

Is there a way to disable DSR for one game only? and i can't put it on 1080p, it looks way too blurry to be enjoyable, sometimes it drops to 50 but that's it

I did say use native if its not 1080p, ie: use 2048x1152, drops to 50fps are not that bad... least you won't have tearing.

How are your other games performance (besides Arma3 and Ryse) after setting MAX performance in the power management.
