GTX 980 Choice.

So the question is.

 

If money was no object but you could only buy one GTX 980, which "brand" would you go for?

CPU - i7 8700K / Motherboard - ROG Strix Z370 E/ RAM - 32GB Cosair Vengeance DDR / GPU  - GTX 1080ti - EVGA FTW3 / PSU - Seasonic Snow Silent 750W / Cooling - Cryorig H7 Monitor - Acer X34 Predator / Sound - Corsair Void - Case - Meshify C

EVGA Kingpin edition or Asus Poseidon or Matrix.

I would get that new EVGA Hydro Copper HYBRID.

If you want a good cooler on the cheap: Gigabyte G1

If you want to go all out with a custom waterblock: EVGA Kingpin

EDIT: If you want to know what im talking about with the first one.

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Anything but EVGA or MSI as I don't trust them as companies based on various things they have done in the computer industry in recent times to earn this distrusts.  EVGA cheaped out on the 900s using old coolers that didn't match up properly with the cards and MSI pissed Nvidia off once not listening to their guidelines and thus I won't buy video cards from these companies.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S
