PC restarting randomly.

So my PC has been restarting every 2-3 days, not crashing or blue screening, but just restarting. There have been no prompts (Like "Windows will restart in x minutes/hours/days). I run Malwarebytes almost everyday, so I don't think it's malware, but maybe it is... I don't know whats causing it but I would like to know so I can fix it/know that its nothing to worry about. Thanks for the help and here are the specs: 

 

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770

|Gpu: Asus Strix 970

 

|Cooling: Corsair h90, 3x corsair sp140, 1x Corsair af120

What are you doing when the computer crashes?

Well, it happens when I'm playing games, when I am watching YouTube videos, watching Netflix... Sometimes while watching Netflix/YouTube and playing a game. Some times when web browsing.... I am always monitoring temps on my second monitor... they never rise to a temperature that is unsafe/would cause the PC to randomly restart.

look at windows event viewer

it tells you why

it related to Adobe Flash acceleration

 

 

you need to disable hardware acceleration and see if that helps

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

What version of Windows are you using?

 

In my experience, a random reboot is usually a BSOD. Windows 7 has a default configuration of restarting immediately should it encounter any BSOD.

To disable this try the following:
 

1. Start > Control Panel
2. System and Security > System
3. Advance System Settings
3. Startup and Recovery > uncheck 'Automatically restart'
4. Click Ok in all the windows.

Next time you encounter this 'random reboot' it will show a BSOD...well unless the random reboot is being caused by something else entirely.

If it is a BSOD, not down the code and Google it. =)

Looks like every time it happens this: Level Critical, Source Kernel-Power, Event ID 41. is added to the "Administrative Events" section.. Any clue on what that could be?
