hi all

i just connected my second gtx 780 to the pc; the card is running the logo glows the fan runs and when i checked gpuz it shows two cards but on geforce experience, evga precision x and the nvidia control panel it does not recognise the second card and so i cant run sli

i have checked i ve installed the cards in the top two slots both now running at 8x. earlier i ran a couple gtx 770 in sli config on the same pc with the same components..

pls help

I guess I didn't read your post completely and I didn't see that you already had multiple cards running that machine. 

 

....nevermind.

hi solved! i had another dvi cable connected to the first gpu along with the hdmi. when i took that off and just left the hdmi on it worked!

oops sorry the problem still exists! am using bitfenix individually sleeved extension cables to connect the gpus to the psu is that an issue?
