i believe my landlords router is dying a slow and painful death. i'm not sure what i should do. problems include internet slowing down, router seems to shutdown but the lights are kinda on (blink on for a very short time then off). when the router enters this state it stops broadcasting its a linksys WRT160Nv3

If your router is dying, only thing you can do is buy another one, or get your current one replaced.
