Hi, the cpu I have according to Task Manager - > performance is near 100% or very high end of being close to 100% range. So, does this mean I should change my processor? Or is this completely normal for CPUs? I haven't been up to date with very high end CPUs like the i7 5960X and what they are considered normal conditions.

It's just running web browsing stuff, skype, file exporer, txt/document files, stickynotes - seems to have a hard time just loading an excessive amount of webpages or videos

That could be your ram too. Flash just eats it. List of specs pls?

You can see exactly what is taking up all the CPU cycles in Task Manager. Go to the processes tab, order it by CPU usage and see what process is hogging the CPU.

I mean it's my laptop I got from a long time ago, but using this kind of information I'm planning on buying a desktop so I can find out within the right range I should be getting. http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03157101

So its an A4 in a laptop? That's a pretty weak chip, even by mobile standards. Plus for some strange reason mobile APUs start to "wear out" after a year or so of use in my experience.

I'm not surprised it's pinned by normal tasks. You could try expanding the RAM to make it a little more responsive but beyond that... Building your own desktop is probably the best way to go.
