WoW Maintenance Today?

there was absolutely no notification for me saying that World of Warcraft is down for maintenance today, but I can't log on to my WoW account just like the servers are down.

 

Is this true? or is my computer just being a little shit to me?

I haven't played in a year but considering it's Tuesday at 9:00 EST, there's probably maintenance.

It's extended maintenance. I'm guessing hotfixing for the titan x, and implementing WoW Token (game time sales)

 

And yes... WoW needs a Titan X hotfix. I had to switch in my 1080p monitor to get playable framerates. And playable is ~60fps at good at 1080p.

The people who buy that card will tend to have more money to buy other things too.

First... I am one of those "Suckers". Plus Blizzard isn't Ubisoft... they do optimize their game for new GPUs.

For future reference, every Tuesday is "maintenance day" for wow and will be down in the morning /afternoon depending on your time zone. They have keep updates on their site so you know when things are back up. A lot of the time servers are off line for longer than the scheduled time.
