i3-4130 one, you can change the motherboard like H97. Also even though it sacrifices the GPU a bit at least the CPU can keep up with the GPU (less bottleneck).

You can save a bit by getting the R9 270, R9 270X is a faster but more expensive. You can get the R9 270 and overclock it.
