Why would you need that? RAM doesnt get too hot. It also doesnt need cooling. But hey youre the one with gold bars to spend on

Well, RAM doesn't have to be water cooled.... If you want to water cool you can go to the CPU or GPU instead.... But if you still want to water cool it then RAM's water block can be found here:

If you're pushing voltage through it then a RAM block will help.
