Uh, ninite has NET, Java and Air in it's packages. It's missing DirectX, but that's what you get automatically when you install any game (or part of it anyways).

Hi, recently I re installed my windows 7 and now I need to install all programs again. Is there a program similar to ninite, but for prerequisite software (directx, c++ redistributables, net framework, java, adobe air). I prefer it to be free. Thanks in advance.

Not sure about those, they aren't on there, as far as I can see.
