I want cheap but good fans

Britain, Shopping of Ebuyer and Amazon, budget per fan is < £10 - £12 pound per fan, Yes they will be case fans And I will be using a stock CPU cooler while I consider water-cooling but it is not top priority 

Why new fans? Is the current cooling inadequate?

The case comes with preinstalled fans though.
