Hi everyone!
My Skyrim isn't starting up. I did some troubleshooting, and I pinned it to ENB. I'm using v0.236. When I use the default config etc, it works, but when I apply the preset, then it starts up, but it doesn't display anything. I'm starting up with SKSE and I have the high-res DLC installed. I'm using Mod Organizer

The preset: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18941/?

Most common problem is mod load order. In the program you use to load them, move it somewhere else- preferably to the top or to the bottom and try again.

I think it would be best by posting on the SKSE forums- seems to be related to it. I stopped using it because it gave me too many problems, even though I'd loved it.

I had an issue when I first tried enb on my new system where the game would crash either at the splash screen or trying to load.  Turns out I didn't have the latest version of Direct X installed.  Not sure if this the same issue you're describing, but it's worth downloading and installing Direct X to eliminate that potential variable.

It ran fine yesterday and other DX9 games run fine too.

Paste your enblocal.ini in your Skyrim folder to pastebin and link it here.

This is the ENB INI that Opethfeldt provides: http://pastebin.com/TkyQiH9T

I noticed that ENB without a preset also doesn't load

EDIT: I tried another ENB Preset and it also doesn't work. I tried that preset also through the normal launcher (Non-SKSE) and it also is just black screen. Also I can hear the sound of the main menu with all the setups

EDIT2: Apparently there was no enbhelper.dll in the enbseries folder, so i added it, but it still has the same effect

EDIT3: Default ENB v0.266 without a preset also doesn't work. When I disable ENB (d3d9.dll) then it works

All previous edits were tested without SKSE to be clear

To clarify, the game would run perfectly fine with no enb without the latest Direct X installed, it's ENB specifically that required it.  If you're saying that the game runs fine with other enbs then this obviously isn't the issue.  I'm not entirely sure what the problem is exactly, enb can be quite finnicky, took me a while to find one that was a good balance between performance and beauty and that also wasn't a pain to get set up (using Phinix Natural).  You might want to try a different one just to see if the problem is persistent with all enbs or just in particular with Opethfeldt, which might be an issue with the way it's been installed.

Were you using the wrapper or injector version?

It runs fine with ENB. I made a mistake with saying that default enb worked, because actually then nothing got loaded, so it wasn't working. It doesn't work with any ENB, only without ENB.

Actually that isn't the most up to date ENB version. Try v0.266

It doesn't work with that ENB version either

Wrapper version

EDIT1: I just reinstalled Skyrim and it still hasthe same problem
