Okay so I disabled my iGPU and still something is using my RAM....

 

Anybody know what it could be?

Well, that may be the case, but even though I've only got 4GB on a 7+ year old HP pre-built, Windows still does show all of my 4GB of RAM without saying a certain percentage is usable.
