Looking for good static pressure fans for intake.

Hey everyone!

 

For my exhaust I'm using a few Rosewill Hyperboreas, but I'm still stumped on the intake fans.

I'd prefer for them to be 140mm and PWM.

 

I'd like the fans to be under 20 dollars, and have a good price/performance ratio. I don't want to pay a ton of money for a sub-par fan.

 

What do you guys think I should use? I'd really like them to be SP optimized too, since the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe has limited airflow in the front. It doesn't matter the color since I can't see the intake fans.

I might just get 2 hyperboreas for intake too.
