I am looking for help with a Steam issue.

This is the most I get from Steam right now (pic below). I had a 20 MB update earlier but never have been able to log onto my account. So do I just reinstall Steam and all the games and everything will still be there? I don't want to be reinstalling Steam and everything associated with it.

For the record the psu in this computer possibly is an EVGA. It is either that or an Antec. I am sure it is an EVGA though. Still of course the PSU is not causing the problem smart ***! LOL!

Well I am reinstalling Steam to see if that works. I was able to log onto Steam on the website but not through the software currently installed so hopefully this reinstallation works.
