I want to have multiple users log on to any of our computers, and their data will be there. (Sort of like a office) How do I do this without manually setting up a account on every computer?

Setting up Active Directory, or another Directory service would do the job.

Short answer is you need a directory service.

You'd need:

1. Server running Windows Server (Any version, but 2k8 or 2012 preferable)

2. Server has Active Directory and Domain Controller installed and configured -> Create a "Domain"

3. PC's all running the Pro or higher versions of Windows - Home versions cannot join a Domain

4. Using Active Directory, create users for everyone who will use the computers - You can assign specific or special restrictions or permissions using Group Policy

5. Using Active Directory, create a "Home" folder for each user on the Server

Obviously, actually going through every step is going to be a lot more complicated then this, but that's the basic outline of what you'd need to do. By creating the "Home" folder on the server, each user will Login, and their Desktop/Documents/Music/Pictures, etc, will all be stored on the Server.

By default, a Domain User will still create a local desktop, so unless you specifically create a Home Folder, logging into different computers will not sync everything.
