Looks fine to me.

 

A little unbalanced, but when a rig is for editing and stuff, it tends to happen that way. I'd use a large air cooler instead or go for the Kraken X61, but the H100i GTX should be great. Maybe you could get a cheaper cooler and get Windows from somewhere else (say Reddit) and get a GTX 970?

IMO 4790k Z97 mobo DDR3. Use the money saved on a stronger GPU like a 290/290x

especially since the pc isn't mainly for gaming
