Graphic card power consumption.

Hello guys

I'm buying a new graphic card so i have a question about power consumption. When they say it's 120W does it means it draws 120W on full load or when it's on low load ? I just don't get it so if you can explain me.

Power consumption is always given at full load, so it will use anywhere up to that amount

As above, but make sure that you are reading that it's the Power consumption, not the TDP.

it will give you the power it drives at full capacity unless other wise specifide

Make sure if you are planning on SLI-ing any cards you have 2 times the required amount available from your PSU
