i say it's worth $1947.39

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

What are you doing with it?

Though probably not, I'd suggest going with two GTX 980s instead of a GTX TITAN X or waiting for NVIDIA's lower priced Big Maxwell card/AMD's R9 competition.

Honestly, im probably just going to wait till the summer to actually decide on anything with all these new releases coming out. Also im expecting at least some lowered prices due to competition here soon.

Ah, sounds fine then. I'd keep making dream builds in PCPartPicker and come back around with questions when the time comes :P

You do alot of video editing as well as rendering? If not no point getting the i7. In gaming i5 would be more advisable. i5-4690K.

Everything else looks ok. PSU 850W is good. So that in the future when you get another Titan X you won't need to change the PSU again.

Spoiler

I do a ton of video editing and cinematic rendering. The software im currently using is Adobe After Effects CC & Cinema 4D. Also, the build I currently have runs and renders efficiently to my liking but im going to be handing this build of too a colleague of mine and purchasing a new one.

Oh ok. That will explain on the i7 choice. I'm not into it so correct me if I'm wrong. Won't RAM be affect all those as well? or no ... I don't know. Haha.

If it does, then maybe you can go for 16GB? the rest looks good.
