Preordered it since January. It was nice that they included San Andreas since I never finished it because I got stuck on the final mission when I was a kid. Damn that game was perfect.

Yup, preordered for extra in-game dough, and I'm getting it free from GameStop anyways. What's there to lose?

so i am wondering how many pre ordered the game or will buy it after release, i am very tempted to buy it myself

You would be much better off just waiting for it to release and for it to get reviewed. I wouldn't recommend pre-ordering anything as a matter of principle, but Rockstar in particular has a spotty history on our platform. They have some trust to rebuild.

I am planning on getting it if the reviews on how optimized of a port are positive. Or unless if it gets delayed again I might think of not buying it anymore.

Not a huge fan of the genre but I'll probably get it when it gets a decent discount.

I've always enjoyed the GTA Series. For how much time they're needing to polish the PC version I decided to go ahead and pre-order. For any other game I'd normally wouldn't pre-order and wait half a year for it to be discounted. But I've been waiting for this game long enough I decided to jump on the band wagon.

Will I have to pay taxes on steam? And I'll still get the 1.3 million in game cash? Cause eb games in Canada is selling it at 69.99 + taxes (12%).. so steam is just 69.99?

I don't recall Steam ever charging me tax for US purchases. Though I may have never paid attention to that.

Steam doesn't charge tax for me, but I live in Florida. Your laws could be different.

Waiting for it to release, and going to read some reviews.  Never pre-order.
