Okay so I want to get the most out of my processor.

How could I use the base clock to get a stable 4.7GHz since the multipler of 47 @ 1.35v isn't enough to keep stable :(

What is this "CPU Ring Bus"? What settings should I get and what would this benefit?

What else could I overclock since I have a H110? :)

Aha, at 4.7 you hit a voltage wall. You need atleast a 0.06 increase on AMD. (From my experiance) This seems true in Intel as well

Idk if I want to run at 1.41v D:

Well you cant break a voltage wall then...

I have been told not to go over 1.3v but then people say 1.35v is fine for ample cooling I just don't know :(

Intel, I dont know, but my chip runs at 1.46 3 hours a day. Working fine for an year

Intel (Haswell more specifically) those numbers are what I have been told :)

Yeah this is generally the rule. It's said 1.3V cause people usually ignore the temperatures and keep overclocking on lesser CPU coolers and burn their chip out. If your temps are below 85C when stress testing you can go further. I believe 1.35V is the maximum Intel recommends for a 24/7 OC, but that's just it, it's a recommendation, you can either chose to follow it or not. Whatever you do, you have your 3 years warranty with your chip so who cares.  ;)
