R9 295X2 vs GTX 980 SLI

I've already got two monitors for uni reasons, so a third one isn't too big a blow. I also got my GPUs second-hand, so saved a couple hundred quid there.

 

God dam...I have a 1440x900 and 1920x1080 and my GPU is almost dead! Sounds like a turbine that's been OC'd by EVGA....Really need a new GPU Bit of a high end stickler when it comes to epeen.

R9 295X2 is like £500 and is good enough to tackle 4K so if you game 1440p > then 295X2 is the one you want.
