Task bar

My task bar doesn't load when windows boot or in safe mode it takes over 10 minutes for it to work, it just recently started after my second drive failed and sfc /scannow shows no effor's, does anyone know how to fix this issue, also my computers became very! Slow after it, any help I'd apreshate it

You don't even need to run cmd. If you call explorer.exe from run it should work fine.

Oh wow, I've always done in through Command Prompt.
