Would this build work properly?

Hi, just wondering if there are any problems with this build, I'm pretty sure everything should work but I'd obviously like any obvious things pointed out so I don't mess up.

Specs:

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950
CPU: FX-8120
RAM: 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance, 1600MHz, CL9
Motherboard: Asus M5a97 EVO R2.0
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Case: Cooler Master Mid Tower
CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer Xtreme

I'm swapping out my old mobo because it has been causing overheating and throttling because of having the wrong phase power. Everything else is compatible in my old build but, again, I'd like to be sure.

Thanks.

Everything would work well!  If your paying normal price for the 7950 just get a 270x. They're the same card basically.

The time you enjoy wasting, is not wasted time.
