I have to agree with the guy on the first page though, those of us who have been around for long enough will know what that exact case means to Linus. But then I think it's a great show of appreciation and dedication towards the fantastic community he has built here, and if this post reaches 100,000 replies, he will deserve a salute from us all.

I think that Linus had to keep his personal rig because it is HIS computer and he has put so much afford into making it his own. But well, it's his decision.
