nope, the hard drive looks strange to me,  the travel thing throws me off. maybe just 1tb drive for a few dollars more. other than that it looks soild. you can cheapen it buy changing to a amd gpu, doesn't look like by much though and you would want a different psu. so go for it.

Questionable choice on getting SLI mobo with AMD GPU.

 

But other than that, it's a very solid build for OP.

How so ? There aren't that many Red/Black boards at this price point. I could have gone with the ASRock board, but I don't particularly like their stuff.

If you don't plan to sli this build could be cheaper. Case is also personal preference, the R4 happened to be at a good price.

Changed the motherboard. To a red and black theme. Is it still good

Looks solid. I would switch it out for this board which is nearly identical and is slightly cheaper after rebates.
