Locked Pentium 4 VS Celeron

Hello,

 

I was wondering if any type of locked pentium 4 would be better than any type of celeron. The reason i say any is because i believe there are different types of pentium 4 /celeron CPU's. 

 

Better as in performance in a machine with 1GB of ram.

 

 

Ok... i want to put my pentium in the HP Pavillion a000

Also any suggestions on cool things i can do with this rather than throwing it out a window?

What i know is that the celeron has 128KB of cache and the pentium with 256KB.
