my pc is being weird

So sometimes when i keep unplugging my wifi dongle and plugging it back in it glitches out and suddenly my pc starts to use 6gb ram out of 8 and i can't open anything and i can't even shut down the computer ? 

 

Can anyone tell me what's the problem?

You posted three problems in separate threads minutes apart why not just place all your problems in one thread?

 

Maybe you should stop unplugging your wifi dongle over and over again. . . What do you mean by you cant shut the computer down? When you press the power button does it not turn off?

well it never did that before so the recording should be fine il check on my drivers in a minute.
