For size i would say max 28 inch probably 24.

Well, for 120 dollars your best bet is a 1080p TN panel (or IPS if you're lucky)..

 

Otherwise the sweet spot will probably be ultrawide, like 3440x1440. Or maybe 4K at 30 inch or 1440p at 27 inch.

But that is way over budget.

Once I start earning I'll put more money into it but for now only this much (it's less I know but can't help :( )

Suggest some monitors please!

22" is enough and the 1080 is good. Is it led or lcd.
