I thinking I need to upgrading my 4 years old to everything like mainboard, CPU(or APU), memory RAMs... But my budget  is very tight like $200 to $300.... :mellow:

It'll be better for you to save up an extra $100-$150.

Shop around for cheap used parts.

It might be worth it to wait for AMD's 3xx series; because some people will upgrade immediately and sell their old stuff for cheap.
