So i recently got my rig done, were going to get a normal twin frozr but for some reason the only thing the store could get home was the lightning, atleast i got it for the same price, but i was wondering a few things, at the moment im just running it at stock, did a few benchmark tests, 3dmark 11 and unengine heaven 4, ran unengine heaven with the following settings:

DX11

Ultra

Extreme

AA X8

Got just around 990 points, wich seems kinda low compared to the reviews i have read so far, is it because im also running my 4670k at stock, i mean most of the review sites use extreme models or 4770k running at 4.6 or so.

Guess benchmark tests take in alot of factors, but always a bit sad to see your card run slower, anything to be worried about or is it just basicly luck of the draw, like with cpu's these days?

Well the MSI lightning cards are made for overclocking so you should be able to push the hell out of that card and get some crazy improvements in performance. Just start trying to overclock it with MSI Afterburner and see how far you can get.

Hm okay, i got the newest 320.49 drivers installed, running Unengine Heaven gets my card to 65 degrees celcius, wich from i can read is not bad at all, so not really worried about frying the card, but are there drivers for the 700 series that are better, then you are more then welcome to suggest some :) have read around a bit but havent found a suggestion for better older drivers.

There are no better drivers for it the drivers for the GTX 770 started at 320.08 and they are still having problems with them up to 320.49. We will have to wait for better drivers from Nvidia.

okay, thanks for answers atleast, been playing a bit of world of warcraft today and it seems to run just fine, then again, WoW doesn't really care all that much about ones graphics card.
