Anything like utorrent but with no ads? Doesn't need to be free but if payed it must be one time, no subscription (reason I don't use utorrent pro).

utorrent site doesn't have downloads of older versions, but I might have an adless version running on an old Mac, if its a cross platform app version I can use it.

I've started using this client but holy shit its slow! Any idea how to go from Kb/second to Mb/s cause the files I'm downloading are Gigabytes and they have over 1000 seeders.

Slow... well you need to go to the options and set it up then... ports/connections, UDP preference over TCP. all that jazz.

 

I get MAX speed from healthy torrents.
