Hello guys i have comp spec :

 

CPU : i3 4130 ( I want to upgrade it to i5 4690k or i7 4790k )

GPU ; MSI GTX 970

RAM : 6 GB ( i don't know how much MHZ it is and the brand.. lol )

FAN : 6 FAN

PSU : 80+ gold Seasonic 560W

 

 

 

Do you think my PSU is enough to hold i5 or i7 ?

And maybe i want to buy CPU cooler liquid 2 fan..

 

Please i need your information  :)  :)  :D

definitely. seasonic is a reputable brand, and most single GPU systems are find with 500 Watts unless you are using known power hungry parts.

Well for the upgrade if you aren't livestreaming/video editing/rendering just save money and go with the i5.

Yes definitely. Even with i5 or i7, you won't be seeing more then 350W total system load

The recommended PSU to run that card and have ample headroom is 500W.

To safely run the card it is recommended to have at least 28A on the 12V rail. Your PSU is solid quality wise, and is well beyond the minimum specs needed to run the card. You're set.
