RMA with NCIX

Hey, now this sounds sorta stupid but I've never done an RMA before so I wanna know what I need.

I am RMA'ing a graphics card, and I do have everything it came with, so what else do I need? Can I just use any card bored box? I work in a retail spot and I deal with toys and such so I was wondering if I could just use a box that the toys get shipped in. Does it matter?

It's usually easier to call the manufacturer rather than the retailer. Just have product number and as much of the original packaging as possible. Here is the NCIX RMA page as well.

Whats the average amount of time for an RMA? I'd assume somewhere between 2-3 weeks right? (A week to ship it, 2 to process and test it then send a new one)

If you are near a warehouse, ask them if you can drive down and take the part back to the warehouse in person. I did that with Tiger Direct, and it saved a lot of time and money, although they didn't like it when I did that.
