need help updating MSI bios

thanks for the welcome, the thing is they aren't specific on what to do after the bios update so that's why i'm here.

 

If you have done something in BIOS settings, you will need to redo it after update. Updating will reset settings. So things like boot order, OC and disabling several devices or changing fan settings will be back to default. If your boot order is correct by default then you can let it go to windows.

I have an MSI 970 gaming mobo, I want to update the bios, I emailed the MSI support and was told to use M-flash. I also watched the video on how to do it. My question is in the video shown here 

after the update is completed and the computer restarts, He presses the DEL key to get back into bios. Is this a necessary step? Can i just let it restart all the way back to windows? If anyone has any experience with M-flash, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
