I was wondering about what i should do with my weakness in my wrist/hand when gaming. Maybe others here may also suffer from it as well but as of about 2 days ago up till now i have been losing my grip when gaming with my mouse. I keep getting random losses in grip and my wrist gets tingly. Maybe others have this problem too. It doesn't hurt though. Ive been taking short brakes from the computer but I don't know what I can do to make sure it doesn't escalate. Should I be worried?, or maybe i'm not drinking enough water?

You can over strain your wrist, try taking a break or strengthening your hand with one of these things

hand-gripper.jpg

You don't want to over do it, you can cause permanent damage to your hand such as loss of feeling/numbness and swelling in your joints. <3

Also that is a picture of me IRL

if you want my bod just get in line

It sounds like your blood isnt reaching that part of the hand,  There is something that puts a load on your arm, It could be as simple as sitting higher up(Or lowering the desk) to make it go away.

EDIT: Done a test now,
The same thing happens to me if my upper arm is pointed slightly forwards to get my elbow onto the desk and having the arm in a 30° angle relative to the desk and my shoulder.
