My mouse's software will not work!

I install the software & nothing changes at all, this is my mouse:

are you using the correct software? (the xtd has a laser and optical version)

are you using the right profile?

pressing apply and waiting for it to take affect?

tried uninstalling then reinstalling?

I have tried all those & nothing happens!

do you at least know what version of the xtd it is?

 

im going to assume it's the laser version but I just want to make sure

it's the laser version & I have re-installed the drivers too!

I got it to work I just put the mouse on another USB port & win installed the drivers & now it works!
