Is this normal for enthoo luxe?

Hey guys,

 

I wanted to change my cable management today and realized that my cased didn't had a good paint job (look at the pictures)

Panel with logo (can bee seen through small window)

Is it possible that I got a review item (I paid for a normal enthoo luxe)

 

Also The sata power conection for the LED is broken (still works) but didn't make a big deal of it.

 

 

So is it normal for the luxe to have bad painting on those places? My guess is not since it is over 100bucks

 

So should I contact Phanteks or the site where I bought the case?

I also saw that my optical drive bay is bent when I removed it

You sure have to contact them atleast, if you are not happy with a product tell the OEM, if hes a dick then tell us. In this order

Will do this, Just nooticed more places with bad paint jobs Took me 1 moth to see them lol. But if I go to Customers support I can choose RMA and PWM what is PWM?
