Hovering link preview suggestion?

Apologies for not finding the appropriate section to post this in. I did give it a look through, though. 

 

I am a member on a few forums, elsewhere. And have appreciated the preview bubble that pops up when laying the mouse cursor over the subject link. This site, however, only displays the title. Admittedly, I think I would lurk and possibly comment to more topics if I could preview the first few sentences of the post before opening.

 

I'm sorry, I don't know what this feature is called, but likely someone here knows what I'm trying to explain. Again, it's just a suggestion that I think would increase more activity on this forum.

There are way's to do this, but they would have to go in and edit the templates (honestly not hard).  Basically you truncate the message body in the MySQL Call to the Title, but you have to do it for all posts at run time, then only display the one being hovered over.  It does mean that the lists will load slower because you have to load more information from multiple tables prior to loading the page.
