Question Regarding Water Cooling GPU

Hi everyone! I was wondering if this closed loop gpu cooler would work for my Powercolor R9 270x Devil edition? Two of the fans are missing one blade and this thing gets LOUD when gaming so I'm looking to replace it with a liquid cooler.

That cooler doesn't cool the vram, unless you have a frontplate...

 

How about the NZXT Kraken G10 and a supported AIO Water Cooling Loop

My PC specs: Intel Core i7-920, Gigabyte EX-58 Extreme, 9GB Corsair XMS3, Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce, 1TB WD, Be Quiet Straight Power 10 500W

It's not worth water cooling a card like that imo.

IMO you should sell the 270x and get a 280 or 290, but thats just me. I think that cooler would work, but I am not positive.

For the games I play (Star Trek Online, Minecraft, L4D2, Dragonball Xenoverse, and Saints Row 4) this card is over killing but I picked it up for $80 so no complaints here  :lol:
