It seems like you didn't apply the thermal paste properly or you mounted the cooler incorrectly.

Try again.

Use the proper method for applying thermal paste, and make sure you clean ALL the old paste off.

You also need to replace the thermal pads on the VRM and other components

if you look at NCIX/LTTs review of the antec kuhler you could have a ghetto water cooler cooling it- what it the temps of your room- that will affect it as well

isnt there suposed to be some thermal pads on those litle chips ? (sorry im not that big of a pro)

also my room temp is around 25°C
no dust in cooler what so ever

and also fan speed is set to auto in afterburner and max is 70% idk how it work but it should be able to go to 100% or ?

yee some versions have them- my 750ti ftw has them..... could be because it is a "5" series- the thermal pads my only be included in the 600s or 700s or 900s series. Here is the link to the review of the water cooler (follow instructions of video- i might do that to my card as well):https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LM3DyUqWWns

if you ghetto rig it up to a 120mm fitting you can use zip ties to attach it to the back of the screwholes. Make sure they are tight. My friend has a similar setup with a 670 that gets way too hot with just the fan (75 idle, 85 under load). ]

Here is the additional link to buy it on amazon:

Also: maybe it is time for an upgrade: the gtx 560 can barely run simple stuff like cs:go or dota 2. I recommend the 750ti- great for 1080p gaming and runs stuff like cs:go, Dota 2, Metro Last Light Redux @ 60fps on high to ultra settings

i dont have any shiny peny to spend thats why im here i need to solve this.. it should not be like that there must be something wrong..

#edit
i bought it that way from Ebay idk if there was this problem before or not... also heatsink is attached to pcb only by 4 screws around main chip.. if i screw it on other spots will it make difference ?

ye the pcb has 4 screws- this is where you ghetto rig the water cooler- no difference I don't think would happen  if you did that.I rlly recommend the water cooler though. Some will complain about noise etc but it is a good cooler- keeps my friends 670 @ 45 under load with a room temp of 35 degrees. the new cooler design really makes a difference. Here is my 750ti heatsink: cebit-2014-evga-gtx-750-ti-ftw-2.JPGas you can see it is probably better than the 560 (unupdated technology etc). if you can mount the water cooler to it it will keep it much cooler but bear in mind- it is a POWER HUNGRY card. It uses a lot of power and uses a ton of power. Here is the specs:http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-560  although it has a TDP of 150w it will exceed that- I have caught my 750ti under max load breaking 220w.   if you can save up for even something like a second hand gfx card on ebay it will be better than rigging a water cooler to it- you can pick some great stuff up for cheap- I recently bought a gtx 780ti for 230 dollars. Once I install my i7 cpu I will be upgraded. See if you can pick up something like an r7 260x- which is very effiecient and runs cool or a 750ti- my card is sitting @ 20 degrees witha  room temp of 25 degrees- 560=not very effiecient and that results in it overheating. Hope this helped :)

yeah but it still dont answer my question why it is running so hot.. its not supposed to be that crazy.. from 30 idle to 102 in 5 seconds.. thats too crazy to be just a "bad cooler" problem

are you sure your psu is kicking out enough on the 12v rail- 28a would be ideal, then again- I have worked on this card before at a computer showing off event thingy (I don't know what it was called) and I was playing crysis 3 on the 560. It was peeking at 99 degrees. So these sort of temps are normal for the card- I was asking other questions/recommending things just to make sure it wasn't any other factor effecting it. It is normal temps but if i were you i would angle a fan @ 100% at it to keep temps at least at 90. Just make sure you aren't overclocked and even under clock it (will reduce perfomance) to keep temps down- hope this helped :)
