Ok, so my 8320 is running idle at about 35 degress (celcius) and about 50-60 degrees when playing games.

Now the issue is that my room is small, so i have to have my case under my desk, this is causing the ambient temperature to rapidly increase, which my wireless usb adapter doesn't like (it will "malfunction"). Now the question is, What is the best method for me to keep these temps down. My specs are (only the important things):

CPU - FX-8320 @ 4.2ghz

Heatsink - Arctic Cooler freezer 7 pro

Case - CiT vantage

I've looked at heatsink comparisons and it looks like if i upgrade to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo, my temps will go down about 10+ degrees. But the heatsink looks bigger than what i have, so idk...

My Build

If room temps are the issue then you need to decrease your heat output. This would mean underclocking/undervolting you CPU.

Getting a better heat sink will do a better job of equalizing the temp difference between your processor and your room, thus a better heatsink would heat up your room faster.

If you are already getting great temps with the cooler you already have, don't change it. Try going back to stock clocks and see if your room cools down a bit. If available, see if you can get one of those mini air conditioner units to put in your window to cool your room down.

More case fans to move air through should help. Do you have any side mounted fan blowing air onto your cpu cooler? that would probably help a fair bit

I have the maximum amount of fans and i even drilled some holes into the bottom of the case and installed a fan there to draw air from the bottom

Have you made sure that you have positive air pressure in your case?

Technically, this shouldn't effect your temperatures much.

How would i go about checking that?

Your temps are really fine, because as mentioned before if you upgrade you HS you will only be adding heat to the room faster.  If the issue is that your wireless usb adapter malfunctions then you just might want to consider getting a better one.

Have more fans blowing in than you have blowing out.

I have 2 Blowing in, 1 blowing out.

It's not just the adapter, it's the fact that by the end of the day my room feels like a sauna, so it's uncomfortable to sleep.

Do you have a ceiling fan you can turn on, or perhaps game with a door or window open?

I currently have my window open with a desk fan pointing to my open door, to try and get the hot air out of my room.

I think at this point you will have to underclock your cpu. Did your room get really warm BEFORE you had a gaming computer? My room heats up throughout the day if I down have my curtains covering my windows. In my house I can keep the fan on all day long while the temperature stays the same. Check out the thermostat in your house and see if there is an option to keep the air circulating.

Ok, a quick update. I've moved my pc to my window sill (don't panic, i've ensured that it wont fall), so hopefully more of the heat will get outside. I will see how it goes, if it's still an issue, i will revert the cpu clocks/voltage to stock.
